we all are very happy with the results we are seeing on our website. It is amazing to see such targeted ads in such a short time. The longest we have waited for ads to become targeted to the page is 2 hours. Their are a few areas with session ID's that still will not work but we are working around this issue...
I think Google is doing an amazing job with helping Small-Medium sized businesses generate revenue. With other major players coming out with similar systems I am confident that Google will try their very best to accomodate us in the future. At present we get the best of both worlds... Google sends us thousands of visitors at no cost and now pays us to use their targeting software! Sounds pretty good to me :)
